ICAACT's mission statement

International Center Against Abuse of Covert TechnologiesTo bring awareness to the general public and the legal systems around the world in regards to serious human rights abuses utilizing remote electronic technologies.

This may be in the form of non-consensual experimentation, classified projects, and or criminal elements who have otherwise gained access to remote influencing technologies.

It is the position of ICAACT that such atrocities constitute a violation of the Nuremburg Code and in most circumstances is considered a war crime, to include international or domestic terrorism.

The ultimate goal of the membership and leadership of ICAACT.ORG is to bring the suffering and torture of innocent human beings to an end. The ideal outcome would be the cease, desist and removal of all non consesual technologies imposed upon victims.
